Nearly 180 Apply To Be Police Officers

Morrow and Associates conducted police officer candidate testing on Saturday the 8th at the Bellevue Fire Training site near 36th and Cornhusker. Nearly 180 applicants participated in the testing. The initial testing involves a written exam and also a job related obstacle course. "Overall we were pleased with the turn out and thought the testing went well," stated Lt. Elbert.

The Bellevue Police Department is planning to fill two vacancies at this time and plans to hire from this most recent list later this fall.

Future testing will be conducted by Morrow and Associates in the months ahead. Interested candidates should contact them via their website or by calling them at 402-330-1019.
