Bellevue Police Searching For Missing Child


The Bellevue Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating two-year-old Kiaran Jack Norman. He is a white male, 2 feet 6 inches tall, 40 lbs, brown hair, and blue eyes and goes by "Jack". He was last seen on Saturday July 26th at noon, when his father, Justin Norman, picked him up for visitation from a residence in Bellevue. Justin Norman is 27 years old and is 6'0", 145 lbs, brown hair and blue eyes. Justin failed to return Jack back to his mother's house in Bellevue Sunday night. It is believed that Justin has moved out of his Omaha residence at 3528 N. 45th Ave., and may have left the state.

A felony warrant out of Sarpy County has been issued for Justin Norman for violation of child custody. Justin is believed to be driving a tan 1991 Plymouth Grand Voyager Van with NE License OWZ016. The van may also have in-transit tags in the window.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kiaran Norman or Justin Norman is asked to call 911 or the Bellevue Police Department at 293-3100.
