Family Crimes Unit

The Family Crimes Unit is staffed with a sergeant and four detectives. Officers assigned to this unit investigate crimes such as child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, protection order violations, elder abuse and missing persons. One of the detectives in this unit is trained in Internet Crimes Against Children, (ICAC) which investigates on-line enticement of children.
