Credit Card Fraud

Occurred: 11-18-07 at 6:26 p.m.

Location: Target store on Twin Creek Drive in Bellevue

Suspect One: White female, early twenties/late teens, shoulder-length light hair

Suspect Two: White male, early twenties/late teens, light brown hair

The victim shopped at the Target on Twin Creek Drive. A short time later someone used his credit card number at the same store, to purchase a pair of women's tan Exhilaration sandals, size 8 signing the victim's wife's name.
