WAGES AND BENEFITS
The officers of the Bellevue Police Department serve under a contract negotiated by the Bellevue Police Officer's Association (BPOA). Police Officer salaries currently range from $33,508 to $63,564.80 yearly.

Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old at the time of academy graduation. Applicants should have no felony or serious misdemeanor arrests, be physically fit, and be of good moral character. A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
